This weekend was especially rough for me. My meet at ASU was not what I would call successful. I was feeling quite down. Feeling like I wasn't enough. Feeling like my team didn't need me or want me. On a scale from 1 to 10, I was feeling like a -100. Then I read this. And it put everything back into perspective. I stole this from Emily Richards' blog. And I love it. And her.
"Jesus Christ. Know what infinity plus any number is? Infinity. It doesn't matter if you're 10 or if you're 5 or if you're -100. As long as you are in the equation, then Jesus Christ's infinity will always be enough. Every single time. So, put yourself in the equation. Pray. Read. Have faith. Be kind. Obey. Show God that you love Him by keeping His commandments. And repent when you mess up. What's the reward? Eternal happiness.
So, it's okay to have -100 days. Cause we all have them."
